These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jeay9 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
Introduction
Last updated: January 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jeay9 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the jeay9 website at jeay9.org, including all games, betting markets, payment services, bonuses, promotions, and customer support features available on the platform.
By accessing jeay9.org, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jeay9 platform.
Eligibility Requirements
To open and maintain a jeay9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an active account.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jeay9 enforces this age requirement strictly and may request government-issued identification at any time to verify age.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- You must not already hold another active account on the jeay9 platform. Each player is permitted to maintain one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited.
- You must not be self-excluded from the jeay9 platform or from any other gambling platform as part of a voluntary or court-ordered exclusion programme at the time of registration or at any point during your membership.
Account Registration and Security
Each player must register a single personal account using accurate personal information. The following rules apply to all jeay9 accounts from the date of registration.
Players may hold only one registered account on jeay9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jeay9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jeay9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
jeay9 may require players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process at any point. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended pending document submission.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jeay9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made by registered players.
jeay9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your BDT account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account. jeay9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account must belong to the registered player.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. jeay9 will not transfer winnings to a bank account or mobile wallet that is not registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. jeay9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request above a stated threshold.
jeay9 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal betting activity, or deposits significantly exceeding the player's stated betting activity, may be flagged for review. jeay9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending an AML review and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.
jeay9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile operator or bank may apply its own transaction fees. jeay9 is not responsible for third-party fees applied by payment providers. All amounts displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account are in BDT.
Bonuses and Promotions
jeay9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply to all bonus offers on the jeay9 platform.
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds may be used to place wagers but cannot be withdrawn directly until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements express how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
- jeay9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who are found to have exploited bonus systems in bad faith — including through coordinated betting, abuse of multiple accounts, or arbitrage strategies — will have all bonus winnings forfeited.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address applies. Players who have previously held a jeay9 account, regardless of the registration name used, are not eligible for new player welcome bonuses.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their use as betting credit subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus offers may be geographically restricted and are available to Bangladesh-based players only unless otherwise stated.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on jeay9 are subject to their individual game rules as supplied by the relevant game provider. The following general principles also apply across all game categories on the platform.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for virtual games, or by live dealer action for live casino games streamed from certified studios. jeay9 does not interfere with game outcomes. House edge percentages (RTP — Return to Player) are available from the relevant game provider's published documentation. Results displayed on screen are final once a game round is completed.
Settled bets are final. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that event type — these rules are stated in the sports betting section of the platform. In-play bets accepted before an event interruption will be settled based on the score or state of play at the time the interruption occurred, unless the specific sport rules provide otherwise. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh international fixtures are covered under standard cricket betting rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome or bet settlement, jeay9 reserves the right to void and refund all bets placed during the affected period. jeay9 will not honour bets or game outcomes that have been generated as a result of a technical error, software fault, or data feed failure. Players who believe a malfunction has occurred during a game session should contact support immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeay9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in further legal action where appropriate.
- Registering more than one account on jeay9, whether under the same identity or any other identity, for any purpose including bonus abuse, circumvention of limits, or avoidance of restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human tools to interact with the jeay9 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or deliberately losing to another account holder to transfer value.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using jeay9 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose. All suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in jeay9's platform systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
- Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or financial documents during registration, KYC verification, or any withdrawal process.
jeay9 uses a combination of automated detection systems and manual review to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts closed permanently, all pending and available balances forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant financial or law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.
Responsible Gaming
jeay9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without judgment.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
- Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account will be inaccessible for betting and deposit purposes. Time-outs cannot be reversed before they expire.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended and account access will be blocked.
- Reality checks: jeay9 provides optional session time reminders that notify players of the duration of their active gaming session at intervals of their choosing. These reminders are available in account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeay9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jeay9 platform or any content, feature, or service on it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
jeay9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeay9 does not guarantee that any particular game, betting market, or payment method will remain available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability without notice.
Changes to These Terms
jeay9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jeay9 will notify registered players via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is issued for material changes.
Your continued use of the jeay9 platform after the effective date of any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the jeay9 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. The most recent version of these Terms is always the version displayed at jeay9.org/terms-conditions.
